In the production process for dried salted foods, this stage can take varying amounts of time.

Our dryers and curers are designed to cope easily with your requirements (from 50 to 800 cu. m).

They are efficient enough to avoid sticky coatings on young products, but they are also designed to enable lengthy curing of older products.
